I purchased a 12V handheld vacuum cleaner from eGlobal Shopper, but the thing broke on its second use. To be honest, this item was useless in picking up any dust or debris from the inside of my car. It fitted into the cigarette lighter, which works fine as I link it up to my SatNav on a regular basis. Anyhow, I contacted the customer service agents at eGlobal Shopper to state that I wanted a refund of the £12, as it had ceased to work. After three weeks, I had still not received a response.
I sent the same email message to eGlobal Shoppers again, and this time they responded to say that they didn’t think that the item was faulty, because of how I had described that it had a poor performance. IT IS BROKEN. eGlobal Shopper failed to respond to my message and I warned them that I would be raising a complaint online. Please don’t waste your time and money in buying from eGlobal Shopper.
They sell poor quality products and their customer service is abysmal.
They actually state on their website:
We pride ourselves in excellence, if for any reason you have recievied your product faulty or damaged please notify us with 5 working days of receiving your order, so that our specialist team can investigate the matter.
Returns and exchanges from non-mainland destinations are required to return items within 7 working days.
Please send emails to [email protected] qouting your order reference number and the problem you have experienced with your product and leave an email address for us to contact you.
Holy cow, they can’t even spell received and quoting, see above, which was pasted from their website. Why should a customer have to pay to return a product that was already low quality in the first place? It would have cost me £5+ to return signed for and the item was only £12.
Anyhow, I contacted them with my reference and problem and they simply ‘forgot’ about me. Very poor and professional eGlobal Shoppers.

Hmm, I had to wait over three weeks for a response. Perhaps the reason they receive a large volume of enquiries is because they are selling poor quality items and ripping people off by not providing a refunds. I had hoped a handheld vacuum would not break on its second use, but the one purchased from eGlobal Shoppers has.
