I took my vehicle to a certified shop for an alignment due to shaking in the steering wheel. Once my 08 Avalanche was placed on the rack, it was discovered that my front passenger wheel bearing was shot that reauired a whole front wheel assembly. Also, do to this issue, I need 2 ball joints replaced. I did not have time time to engage the warranty company to authorize repair so I advised the shop to fix the issue. After looking at my warranty with Enterprise Financial Group, both parts are covered under the extended warranty. However, thy refuse to cover the expense since I did not contact them when this emergency occured. They refuse to work with me to cover the contract covered parts. Very dissapointed and I feel betrayed and ripped off. What kind of business practices are these to dissallow a valid claim based on not getting pre authorization. The repairs were required and I called early next morning to file the claim. I did what I could.
I did fax a claim to the adjuster however was sent a denial letter today. EFG needs to cover the cost of this repair. I will continue to contact their business leaders until they agree to cover the cost of repair.

If you have a extended drive train warranty through this company be sure to get a pre-approval before you get repairs done.
I did not and ended up going through the state Attorney General's Office to get reembursed from EFG/MOGI.
I did receive payment after several months. So BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH these people.
