This place sells nature kits, milkweed, butterfly kits, butterfly accessories, microsccopes, etc. I placed an order for a butterfly net which arrived quite promptly, but the hoop was broken. I didn't even get to use it once.
My complaint is that you cannot get ahold of anyone at the company. I sent 2 emails with pictures of the net, and both emails were ignored. I have tried calling twice and both times I was on hold waiting for a customer service rep to answer. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, you are then asked to leave a message and they supposedly will call you back. But they don't.
