While looking for employment, I received email for Mike Clark, Sr. Driver Recruiter with EDPCAREERS.com.
Download the application attached in email from Mike Clark, filled out the application COMPLETELY and faxed it back as instructed.
A week later I had yet to receive a response so I emailed Mike Clark, I was told to fill out an application and fax it back. I responded and told him I had faxed back my application a week ago but I would fax it again.
Then after several emails back and forth (which I have hard copies of) My Mike Clark gets very rude disrespectful, well I know it wasn't right but I started to respond in kind.
The next thing I know is Mike Clark is making FALSE STATEMENT saying that I couldn't even follow instructions and only provided 3 years of employment history and the law requires 10 years. I again responded, informing him that I have the application I faxed twice now and it has a full 10 years employment history. I faxed it for the 3rd. time and the next thing I know is he is threatening me and my unemployment saying he is going to report me and my attitude to the unemployment office.
The I get a notice from him telling me if I don't stop contacting him and his company he will pursue charges of harassment...about 9 minutes later I get another email from Mike Clark with some lame excuse that he confused me with another applicant and wanted to apologize.
Well, his lame excuse in no way justifies or excuses his threats toward my unemployment or making false statements or the way he was treating and responding to me.
Needless to say, I didn't buy his lame excuse nor did I accept the apology. Mike Clark, Senior Driver Recruiter representing EDPCAREERS.com wants and expects professionalism and courtesy from applicants but sure doesn't show it to them, especially by threatening someone's unemployment and making false statements.
