This seller is out of hand; they are rude, wrong and unprofessional. I accidentally had the wrong address and did not realize it until the client said "How is my fault if you gave a wrong address?" So I went in and checked and had not updated my address- we recently moved and I have all my mail forwarded and we moved recently and my mail forward has not expired. I asked for a refund initially for the whole amount until I realized that I made a mistake on the address. I asked to have a refund of $7.99 and that I would eat the shipping or requested the product to be resent. They refused. They said I was wrong, it was my mistake, I was to blame, and they didn't owe me anything though I had purchased the product I never received. There was absolutely no retribution, no option, it was no refund and it is your fault. I explained it was not intentional they didn't care. They said they could sleep at night, they said not to refer my family and colleagues which I had already told them I would not based on the no refund and then they called me a stalker because I responded each time to their hateful rude unprofessional responses which is not stalking. I told them to get ready which meant I was going to report their bad business practices to BBB, YELP, RIPOFF.com, etc. All I saw was Ebay Money back Guarantee if I did not receive my product. They need to be required to put their No Refund Policy out there.
