I purchased some products From EdenFantasys.com and realized on Saturday that I purchased the wrong item. I contacted the company immediately on Saturday morning to remove 2 of my 4 ordered items.
On Monday afternoon I received an email stating that my order was "already on a pallet" and "can not be removed" from the pallet.
I explained to a representative named Christy (they only gave first name in email), that I had canceled the order before my card was charged (by two and a half days).
Her response was that all orders are final and they offer ZERO REFUNDS.
I explained that I asked for the order cancellation days before my card was charged and she said "we were closed on the weekend, but we still pack stuff to ship on Monday."
Essentially they do all parts of their business on the weekend, but refuse to assist customers. Strangely enough the order didn't show as ready to ship until Monday, which leads me to beleive they just ignored the email until it was ready to ship.
When I sent an email to explain what they did the response was incredibly rude and said "Like I already told you in the last email...."
I tried to cancel outside of business hours using their online system, there were no buttons to remove a part of an order or an entire order. I looked everywhere and I work in the online industry. They tried to tell me I should have cancelled the order but I couldn't!
