When my delvery time stretched into weeks after my april 4 online order.. for what was billed as ""fast international shipping"" I started contacting ecowhides via their chat portal.
""Charmaine"" quicly told me that my order had been mislabelled by eCowhides as weighing 7 pounds, (not 13 as it was supposed to be) and had been returned to their warehouse by USPS after sitting there for a week. The box was resent on the 14th, but never reached USPS until a week later (19th) .
when I asked to have my shipping waived as a customer service gestrure for their shipping error and the delay, they flatly said no. when I asked to have this escalated to a supervisor, ""John"" an uncaring, disengaged guy called me to reiterate their ""policy"" and point out that ""the package is in Canada"", it should be in your state now"" ( province, knucklehead, not state) and when i asked him for mreo info he became rude.
these guys are uncaring dirtbags - I still don't have my XL cowhide.. don;t buy from them.. should have supported a local company, not a scammer with a slick ecommerce website.
I do like my cowhide.....but it was not the one I had ordered!!!! I live in the UK, so not worth returning it . If they had got it right I would have probably ordered another one....shame

I do like my cowhide.....but it was not the one I had ordered!!!! I live in the UK, so not worth returning it . If they had got it right I would have probably ordered another one....shame
