Seemed like very nice people. Seemingly very helpful. Alas, when their product did not work, they did not take responsibility for it. It took 3 months for them to say that they have another solution after blaming everything on me. Promised to send me the solution over night, I paid the freight. Never showed up. Refused to take back the product. Absolutely untrustworthy despite the nice website. Very sad. I expected so much better.
missed a whole area of our house and have made promises to come fix it, 2 months ago. still have not shown up. re cemented our porch 3 times, which is literally falling apart. we have told them we are not paying them till they fix it up 100% which they still continue to ask for. NOT WORTH IT
