A charge of 9.00 came up on our bill. I questioned it with Eclearance and told them that I didn't want the membership. (I wasn't aware that I had even joined a membership) They said they would credit me what I had paid and cancel the mmembership. However,they didn't cancel or credit my account. So far I have paid $63.00 for nothing. I am canceling the credit card they are charging ASAP. I have been unable to reach them by phone or email.
