EBS transport inc gave me a quote, once they loaded all my stuff onto the truck, they told me I had to pay them in cash on the spot DOUBLE the quote they gave us before we agreed to move. At that point, I had no choice because they had already loaded my stuff onto the truck. VERY TRICKY! I looked at their billing systema and how they charge, none of it added or up justified the price they asked for. But I paid it to get it over with.
BUT, it did not end there, my stuff was supposed to be in a storage which they charged me full price for, a month later I got an email from someone in a city 17 hour drive away saying that they got my stuff shipped to their home by accident.
BUT, it dosent end there, its been 3 months since this person has had my things, EBS has not retrieved my stuff AND ontop of that they want me to pay for the storage for the past 3 months that my stuff was not even in their storage. WAIT, if thats not impresive enough, the guy on the phone told me to go f** myself when I was trying to explain to him the situation. mind you I was not being rude nore did I have my voice raised.
Now they are asking for more money and have part of my stuff hostage (the part that is not with the client who accidently receieved half of my things)
This company id RIDICULOUS when it comes to customer service and reliability. They should not even be allowed to exist.
