Check up on this group before you use them. they claim to have massive buying power,but nothing further from the truth.we got priced on some hardiplank (verbally) which was an unbeleivable price, but guess what, to good to be true and nothing in writting. we lost 4 weeks on our build time, and now tghe owner of our costruction is seeking compensation from us, all because of the lies from grant. i would be very aware of what you beleive and donr sign a thing.
