This is the first scam report that I've ever registered, but I felt compelled to do so about this company. After waiting for 30 minutes for a bus that did not come at the location they indicated on my receipt of purchase, I called their office. I talked with a representative that barely spoke english. I finally found their office in DC and the second I arrived at the office, I was verbally abused by the customer service representatives there.
Initially, I had attempted to explain that the bus did not come. Immediately, the customer service representative said that I was "wrong" "uneducated" and "stupid." In addition, he went on to say that he was not responsible for any tickets bought through a website that sells their bus tickets...even though the company makes money when I buy a ticket?
The reason that I filed a scam report is that the promised services were never rendered despite meeting all the requirements set out in the receipt! After defending myself for a good 10 minutes and explaining, yes, I do have a college degree and am a successful business owner (not sure why that matters at all and why both of the customer service representatives were attacking me), I just left and bought a ticket with one of their competitors.
Do not use these guys. Someone should report them to the city. Definitely would recommend going with a different bus company, even if that costs a little extra.
