I purchased a brand new vehicle with chips on the hood and have been deferred from person to person about getting it fixed. After completing my survey online I was contacted by Cat Hubler who spent over an hour going into great detail of how my problem would be rectified including providing a loaner vehicle while repairs were completed. After the appointment was set, I was contacted by someone else saying I would not be getting the problems fixed but instead a small credit towards repairs. When I contacted Cat she indicated she had to defer the problem to someone else and would no longer be able to resolve the issues that she acknowledged as taking place. I also have text messages and voicemails from the service advisor that say I would receive repairs and a loaner vehicle.
