They will inconvenience you, make you spend more money, and then talk to you with complete disrespect. If you wish to renew your lease month to month after the first year, it will cost the initial rent plus more than one third that amount. They will make sure that you comply to all the rules as they continue to do everything to their advantage without consideration for your welfare.
