I requested a quote for a shipment to be picked up at our location and ship it to Port Harcourt Nigeria with a specific address. I provided all the information to Dimitri in an email and he provided me a quote. However he changed the final port to be Lagos Nigeria but never informed me that the product wouldn't be forwarded to the final destination port. i was unaware of this until it reached the Lagos location. When I questioned Dimitri he said it was my fault for not noticing the change of port even though it was done without my consent. I had to pay additional fees to get to the final destination with not help or sympathy on the part of ETC International.
Dimitri seems nice initially dealing with him but is definately one who can not be trusted to do what is requested of him. Not a company I will ever do business with again and warn anyone who would think of of using their company.
Really wish I didn't even have to even rank. Worth a big fat ZERO!!! Shame on the company, owners. Cheating people out of their hard earned money & even losing people's cherished belongings. Still dont have my shipment & its been over 1 year!!!
