My husband and I after receving two Southwest airline vouchers went to a meeting with goldcrownressort travel membership at Aqua Caliente Casino to see what they offer as a request to get this vouchers with a value up to $1700.
They offered us to buy lifetime membership with access to see if what they promise to be much better than any other retailers like Expedia for example but the access to the memebership arrived more than 14 days after we paid approximately $2800 using a major credit card.
The cancelation period run for only 3 days after they got our money. Based on this purchase we should receive the vouchers for 3 days/2night hotel and flight. Almost two months later we did not receive the vouchers.
We search the site and did not find any better deals than the other retailers for booking fligts and hotels and who did not ask us to pay for a membership.
We contacted them by phone and email weekly and nothing was changed. No vouchers, no better deals and no money back.
We are paying to the credit card for an useless membership continuing to wait for vouchers they said they delivered but never arrived in over 45 days.
We are looking for an attorney to recover our loses. Media should consider our experiences in order to protect other consumers.
Where can we find an attorney? Is anyone there in our situation to join our efforts to recover the money and stop them for continuing these practices? They tried to stop me for reporting advising me to be very careful of what I say about them.
What I say is what I experienced: not delivering on promises. Where are the vouchers? Where is the saving when booking with you if I do not find what I want at the lower price then the others?
Why you provide us with an access to membership site after 14 days and the cancellation period is just 3 days after we pay?
