I paid $169.99 for the complete DVD Collection of Dark Shadows, and $99.99 for the complete DVD Collection of The Virginian.
(1) The amount that they billed on my credit card was different than the amount shown in my online receipt.
(2) The merchant was some name other than DVDRush on my billing statement.
(3) They claim to have a presence in the United States; however, their server is in the Netherlands and then are located in Panama.
(4) I waited over 2 weeks for them to deliver my order ... not a single DVD delivery ever made it to my address.
(5) I attempted to contact them; however, there is only a 1-way web portal for you to leave a messasge. They do not have a mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.
(6) I placed the orders in dispute with my credit card company with ease. My credit card company issued a temporary credit pending an investigation. DVDRush will not respond to the investigation as they know that they are crooked.
(7) I also cancelled my credit card number so that these SCAM Artists cannot use it for any further illegal activities. My credit card company is issuing me a new credit card with an new credit card number.
Buyer Beware ... DVDRush is as crooked as they come !!!
