I purchased a DVD box set of Ed Edd N Eddy which was to be original copies as advertised. Upon receiving material I noticed they were recorded on DVD-R discs and we're not originals. I then tested the DVDs and the were grainy to the point you could barely see the videos.
The DVDs then began pausing during playback then eventually froze. I tried all the DVDs to ensure it was not just one faulty disc. They all performed the same. Also the DVDs only partially played on one of my four DVD players in my home and they were advertised as region free and would play on any DVD player, that was also false advertising.
I immediately contacted the company via email and got a response to return the discs and I would be refunded. I did so and spent quite a bit on return shipping. I kept messaging Linda Mills for updates she kept stating she did not receive them.
Eventually she stopped redponding all together. It has now been approximately five months since I returned them and have not received my refund of $80 I spent on purchasing these DVDs. This was a theft by a fraudalent company. My bank for the credit card used does not offer refunds because the time limit had expired due to this being an international purchase.
