I was assigned Durbin Plumbing by our Home Warranty. I called them to set an appointment which I was scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2015 between the hours of 12-2. When no one showed up my house, I called them and the same person who scheduled my appointment answered the phone. I think he is the owner because when I first called, he gave his name as Durbin. I told him that we were set for an appointment and no one has showed up. This same man then asked me my name. When I gave my name, he said, he had been trying to contact me Tuesday saying that our appointment was Tuesday and since my voicemail was full, they could get hold of me. I told him that my appointment was for Wednesday and not Tuesday, he insisted it was Tuesday. So we went back and forth and I said, I have my notes written on my desk that the appointment was July 15, Wednesday between the hours of 12-2. He then said, "Oh well, I don't want to waste time going back and forth with this, what do you need now?" Those were his exact words. So I told him that there was an appointment set up that day and no one had showed up and while I was on the phone, he started mumbling, this are his exact words "Oh my God!!!, I can't stand this crazy woman!" I asked him what he said and he just ignored and just said "what do you want now?!!!" I was so angry, I just said, never mind, I will just request another company because he was sooooo rude. Then I just hang up on him. I immediately called my Home Warranty and requested a new company to fix my plumbing issues. I also told them that Durbin Plumbing was very rude and they will loose a lot of customers if they keep on sending them to their clients. I have never in my life met a man with such unprofessional demeanor. He was so rude and just very unprofessional. I am just worried that he might come to my house and do something because he knows my name and address because of the work order he got. At least, if something happens to my house, I have this report to show of my complaint.
