I leased a vehicle from Drivetime in Denver CO in Sept of 2014! By 21Nov the car broke down on a busy street during rush hour traffic! I was stranded there in 20 degree weather, begging the police to not tow it, while I waited for a tow truck! Paid to have the car towed! Contacted the warranty department the next day, one company in the area can service the car under warranty, and they couldn't get the car in for a week! Paid for towing to the shop and found out it needed a whole new engine! The car was in the shop for an additional month, so I had expenses due to car rentals for 5 weeks, then my $100 deductable for warranty repair! three weeks after getting the car back after the engine repair, it now needs a new radiator! i have paid so much money to use this car, and it is a lemon! My out of pocket expenses for car rentals, towing, etc have been astronomical, not to mention keeping up for payments for my car to sit in the shop! When I called customer service, they are completely unwilling to work with me on anything! So this piece of crap car, needs a new engine at two months and a new radiator after less than four months of purchase! Drivetime customer service is the worst! I am patient and I also understand things go wrong with cars, but this is extreme! I feel I have been ripped off, not to mention lies I feel I have been told and inconsistencies! The Worst customer service and vehicle ever!!!!!
