Do not waste your time with this company. They are a waste of time. My recent experience with them left me absolutely furious. I missed two days of work because of these people and nobody will reimburse me for it. It all started with a leak underneath my kitchen sink which I noticed on Tuesday. I have contacted super, who than contacted the landlord, who than contacted this company and its owner Zydi Cinari who are assigned to the landlord and work for him.
We set up an appointment for Wednesday afternoon for Drilon Plumbing & Heating to come over and take a look at it. I take off a day from work and wait for someone to show up. Nobody shows up and there is absolutely no reason given or any kind of communication whats so ever.
In any case, Thursday morning I get in touch with the landlord myself and ask him what's going on.. He puts Mr. Zydi Cinari on the line using a 3 way feature, who then claims he showed up at my residense and there was nobody at home, which is an absolute lie. I was home all day and so was my neighbord downstairs who is also affected by this leak. He than suggests that he should come by today and check it out. We agree to meet at 4:30pm. Once again I take off early from work, give him a call and tell him I am on my way. He tells me to call him when I am home. I call him back he says "I will be there in 5 minutes. Next thing you know, its 7:30pm. From that moment on I become absolutely furious. I start calling him, he doesnt asnwer. I ask my son to call him he picks up right away. He makes up a story of he got stuck somewhere and his car broke down and so on.
Friday morning, unable to cook any food for three days. Unable to wash dishes, have to use my bathroom sink. What a nightmare. This time I call the landlord and tell him if no one shows up by today I'm gonna call 311 and file a complaint. He puts Zydi Cinari on the line again and once again he claims he showed up and nobody was home. He suggests he comes by today one more time. He shows up at around 6:30pm, looks at the problem for about 5 minutes and leaves saying he will do it on Saturday..
To sum it all up this guy is the worst lier I have ever seen in my life. He kept lying for 3 days until he tangled up in his own lies. I strongly discourage you from using this company's services. They will waste your time and your money. Beware and hopefully I save you some headache.
