Drawerslides.com is a scam! please do not buy anything from them. Placed an $400 order with them, and never got an order status OR tracking info. After 3 weeks of not getting anything from them, I called, emailed and response. After 6 weeks, still no order. I finally file a fraud dispute with my bank, and I'm still fighting to get my money back. My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income and we were robbed by this company. After 2 months, the bank finally gave our money back. I had to file a local police report for identiy theft in order to get my money back from the bank. Please do not buy from this company.
I ordered several drawer slides and associated hardware for a cabinetry project through my business. I was charged right away and received a prompt order confirmation. From there it was all down hill.
One month later I had no drawer slides and an angry customer. I called and got no response. I e-mailed and got no response. I chatted and got no response. About a week later my office manager got in touch via the chat option. They informed her that the product was no longer available. She asked for a refund and was told it would take 3-5 days. 3-5 days passes and no credit.
I try to chat and say i need to get my money back. I get no response. I then close the window and start my chat by saying I have a drawer slide question. I get an immediate response. I then say I have an issue with my refund blah blah blah. Joe tells me that he will talk to accounting. I say thank you and leave feeling good that I have talked to someone, even though I know that his name is probably not Joe and there is no accounting department.
A few days later there is still no refund. I get on to the website and fire up my new favorite chat service. What do you know, it's my buddy Joe again. I say hey Joe I am checking on my refund for order number blah blah. He says what is your e-mail address. First time they have asked for that. I tell them and ""poof"" the chat window dissapears. I hope Joe is OK.
Long story short this company has some really serious issues with customer support. They are, as far as I have seen a total scam. I only hope that they aren't stiffing poor Joe. It seems like he must have quite a work load on his little chat machine.
