when he sells them to unsuspecting customers= cats are mean, reclusive, and do not know how to interact with people or other household pets
Cats have attacked other kittens, dogs, and birds when placed in a family setting.
Larry Munchrath registered cats in his name, his sister and brothers name, and also in room mates names to avoid
"being over his limit" on the amount of domestic pets he can keep.
