Dr. Kelly lied about the effectiveness of his treatment. He insisted on a definite number of visits even if the treatments were not working. His contract was misleading. I signed an alternate contract with him indicating that I would only be responsible for my actutal visits and would stop when I felt they were not helping. If it were not for medicare coverage and payments by my insurance adding credibility to his treatments, I would never have signed up for even one visit. When I stopped going, I received a bill from him for several thousand dollars and had to get a lawyer to write him a letter enclosing a copy of my contract signed by Kelly's accounts manager and myself. Because I demanded my own terms and got a signed copy of the contract, I came out better than most. The people that saw Kelly were in pain and in need of help - not scammed.
