Serious Fraudulent Gimmick Games. Very easy to like this well designed and addictive internet game, so much distractions besides their "make believe" gimmick games. DoubleU Casino is a Korean Casino "Gambling" game that is very fixed to get into your wallet. No matter how much you win, game always takes more. Games have nothing to do with personal luck and are very well controlled. Buying their fake chips will make you an instant loser ! Big wins are taken back faster than winning them and most win are smaller than the bet. Jackpots are nearly Unattainable and just a Mirage for most players. Whether you Buy or play for Free, the same selected few win the jackpots over and over again, some with jackpots on a weekly basis and even twice a day. Fake players ?? Many games uses them. DoubleU claims 98% payouts which seems to only apply back to them. Beware of the "Jackpot Party" gimmick RipOff or "Play Now" function which brings you to a much higher bet than you can afford. Experienced many issues after purchasing. DoubleU Customer Service offered nothing but badly pre-written apologies, does not respond, resolve or follow up on issues. Communication seems to be an issue, nor do they seem to care ! Will certainly not buy $ again. Very dishonest and fraudulent company. Filed a dispute over my last purchased. Dispute was closed 3 times and stated "resolved" without any contact. These people are serious crooks.
After purchasing hundreds of dollars in coins to play the games on Facebook at DoubleU Casino I noticed that I would often get kicked out of the games during the bonus rounds. If I purchased a VIP game package which usually ranged between $39-$499 which would give you millions in credits, they would set the betting on the machine to take higher bets and you could not lower your bet to what you wanted. After loosing millions (like 5-10 million coins) I would get maybe 30-40 thousand back, which means you will be purchasing another pack soon. So I made the mistake I guess of posting to my facebook account about the payouts and the next day I could no longer play any facebook games. But what makes me mad is that I can't play any of their games, but the use my facebook page, sometimes half of the page to advertise their games in order to solicit my facebook friends into playing. So Yes, it's true they are ripping off their customers. Yes, some of the blame falls on me because they didn't make me play, but they did lure me in with the adverstisment which says the games are free. A lesson learned, but I will continue to expose them for what they are.
It won't let me send to requests, after they have sent me gifts, it's just not right. Or it won't let me send gifts, what's up, no customer service, know one to talk to, anyone have answers
I have been a user of DoubleU Casino since June of 2014 and play regularly and like many, I win sometimes but the odds usually are such that I lose much more than I win. My habits are usually to bet big and continue doing so in hopes of getting a large residual pool of chips (virtual currency required to play that has no withdrawal value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services).
The chips are strictly used for entertainment and you get a certain amount free each day but not enough to be competitive with other players. So chip packages can be purchased for sums that go up to 1000's of dollars. I am actually classified as a Diamond VIP which means nothing other than you have spent a lot of time and money playing on this site. Only chip discount coupons and increased daily free chips as well as a special VIP casino are received as perks.
On October 7, 2014 I logged in like normal, began playing their new video poker game which is a favorite of mine although when the jackpots are large the odds become impossible. I am quite adept at this game and have gotten jackpots which were repeated twenty times in one round of 500 hands. SO when I won a series of jackpots I began my normal routing of increasing my bets. But I was super lucky today because I was up to the trillions of chips level in no time. A friend was visiting and also was experiencing this same major streak of big wins.
Something which troubled me however was the each time I won amounts in excess of 1.3 trillion, I was automatically disconnected from the server and had to log in again. This happened several times and when such an event occurs, the user loses those chips and are not made whole because their "network connections" are bad. This is a resourding citation of their support group. If erriors occur the user is usually just out the chips. So up login the 4th time, I was reset to 197,000,000,000 (197 billion chips) which was way less than I had won but it is a significant win so I went about playing other games and slots.
The video poker machines were inaccessible so an apparent malfunction had occured IN FAVOR of the Users of DoubleU Casino. A few minutes later I was playing and my chips were reset from 197 billion to 40,000 and so I sent an email inquiring as to the reason. My cousin and his friend who also play were present as well and two of us were reset in this manner but my cousin was not. My e-mail inquired as why my chips were removed and the response I got which is below was unbelievable. In my e-mail I included their stated policy aginst reimbursing for chips removed: See Below
10. Reimbursement Policy
“Reimbursement” means a compensation for damage or loss in in-game currencies and goods, including but not limited to chips, Premium/VIP membership period and gift, daily free spins (“items”).
A. You shall be reimbursed if conditions i) and ii), below, are satisfied.
i) Your request was raised within 30 days after the occurrences of damage or loss.
ii) Claim has been raised from one of the following damages or losses:
a. Damage or loss in items from server instability, server crash, system malfunction, shutdown due to maintenance, or operational mistake.
b. Damage or loss in items from bug, glitch, code or logic error, erroneous policy, or mistaken operation.
c. Damage or loss in items from abnormalities correspondent with activity logs on DoubleU Casino’s system
Their insulting response is below but basically they implied that we had intentionally abused a glitch (we had no idea existed) and to be fair they had to remove all the chips (including ones we bought previously). No notifications were sent regarding the error, just a complete removal of all chips won which is not the the action their policy states they will take.

Dear, Nosaj Tluanihs.
I'm Kevin, the customer service manager at DoubleU Casino.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
There was an issue that video poker players could build up numerous chips by abusing a glitch.
To make it right, we forfeited all the chips those players had won through the glitch.
Please understand that we had no choice but to forfeit those chips since it is fair for the other players who didn't abuse the glitch.
Thank you for your patience.
P.S.) It would be very appreciated if you could leave your inquiry on Help Center(http://apps.facebook.com/doubleucasino/?action=helpdesk), our primary communication channel for customers.
Best regards,
Kevin.

So a quick review and survey of other friend on the site showed that they saw (and retained) wins which upped their chips by as much as 100 billion. Most of the jackpots on the machines were thousands of dollars only. My own cousing did not have his chips removed so this was a clear arbitrary targeting of people whose habits were such that they won large sums during this time. When an error ovccurs in the player's favor, DoubleU will imply that you are to blame and takes all of your chips.
The fact that this occurs and the added fact that at 1.3 trillion, I was auto disconnected means that they have safeguards in place to prevent big user wins in excess of 1.3 trillion. I knew that there was some degree of rigging in place but this chance occurence made it much more obvious. As far a recourse, we have none, because the customer service is the only layer your can e-mail and no direct contact info exists. I tried to ask my financial institution to rescing amounts paid in light of this failure to follow their stated policy which was the premise for my acceptance of their terms of service. But online games are not covered, so they can do this without recourse. Facebook hid the help post I submitted because it was about a third party app. The Casino must have purged the logs because no history shows but it does show on my facebook activity log. My cousin kept all of his billions of chips. So just be aware that this company has in fact rigged winnings payout that are large and when an error occurs in your favor, they will make themselves whole (even these chips have no real value).
What do we do?
Very easy to get hooked into this game. Just delete it. It isn't worth the frustration of occasionally hitting a "big win" to have it and more sucked up in a few minutes. Find another way to spend your time. Save your money or buy something nice for yourself or a friend. Something real. The whole intention of this game is to get you to buy 'pretend' coins. That's all. If you think they have any other motive just play for a while and you will see. Frequent glitches, frequent 'trying to reconnect' messages, logging in to find you have fewer coins than when you logged out.........find a game to play with real people, like your family.
These crooks are really good at SCAMMING!!!!!!! machines do not play fair, reels glitch, bet big lose big???? I have only made one purchase thankfully,NEVER AGAIN!!!!!.I just collect the free chips build up to 100 million then laugh as I lose the lot in minutes making high bets, jackpots NEVER!!!!! come, they are dirty cheating rats, you have been warned!!
Beware of doubleucasino promo offers. It wasn't the first time I didn't get the amount of chips I was buying so I made a screen copy of the offer. It said 270 mil chips for 99.99, they gave me 220 mil. I sent in 7 requests for a correction or reimbursement. Only got one response, obviously computer generated said they reviewed transaction and it went thru! Hah! I was ripped off. When I sent yet another complaint about the problem, they took 1.4billion chips that I had earned over several days!!!! Again I really complained and I doubt they will give anything back. They made two attempts before they got my money. Beware!! While playing a game my amount I was betting suddenly changed to 450million per bet. You can imagine what a shock this was and the anger and dismay I feel! I was really confused but as I noticed this change during a spin that won the money back I didn't think any more about it. Especially if you have plenty of money. Then this afternoon I started playing the same game and I was truly shocked to look down and see my bet had been changed and the 1.4 billion chips gone! This is a terrible thing to do to a person. Bait and switch for sure!!! I am certainly not buying anything from them again!!! Don't do it, from reading other complaints on many different complaint websites it seems they target players that have made a certain number of purchases. I am going to complain to iTunes and my visa company to reverse my last purchase they ripped me off. Have fun in lots of ways online, just not this game. You will eventually be very unhappy!!
I bought chips. I haven't been able to win a little. Now l get a server unexpectedly closed the connection. What is that?I cant get anything on my desk computer. I missed the last day of the egg hunt. Not happy about it want my $99.00 back. I had a hard time finding anyway to contact you.
I know that gambling is just that. I like the games, they are unique and pleasant to look at. Gambling is designed to take your money, if you don't know that you need a lesson on the definition of gambling. I know I will lose in the end but I have some fun for as long as it lasts. Get over it it's a game you chose to play.
I have been a player of the Facebook game app DoubleU Casino for a few weeks now. 3 days ago I decided to use a debit card to pay for a chip package to attain their VIP status.
Today out of the blue everytime I tried to log into the game I kept getting this error message. "Too many connections. Try again later." okay so no big deal... I few hours later and still getting this error message I log out and my wife logs into her FB account and gets into the DoubleU Casino with no issue at all.
I then log back into my accont on FB and still now am getting the same "too many connections" error. How can I not feel totally ripped off seeing as this started only after paying real money for the VIP status. A status that does not matter now seeings as I cant get into the game to utalize said status.
I would also like to point out that I have violated zero rules, conditions or agreements for either Facebook or DoubleU Casino. Oddly enough I can access the game via my Iphone without an issue but of course all of the features and VIP status isn't availbale on the Iphone and you can only benefit from this on the computer.
I have been a long time life time VIP member of doublUcasino. Facebook on a regular basis has disconneted me from my game and has discriminated againts me on collecting and enjoying the game with my friends. They limt me and shut me down. I have paid thousands into this game and have been denied my promised gifts and rewards along with my spins which allow virtual currency.
I currenly have a complaint filed with the CCA against them and they have only increased the discrimination. Most players and many that have never paid into this game have no issues, are not denied any collection of shares ( I am ) and this is discrimination.
I have a journal, copies of emails to doublUcasion, copies of messages to Facebook and a copy showing all monies paid for the game that is ripping me off.
I would like a total refund as this is discrimination and fraud. I live in AZ and would seek punative damages if possible.
I need a attorney that would be will to help me in this matter as it has become so stressful and I am very sick. This is wehre all my friends are and I am homebound.
I would appreciate any help.
Send gifts to people, and ask us to share and like their site every day. we spend real money to buy fake chips, and when we try to collect the free chips on our feed, they say we are collecting too many chips for their liking, and at least 20 - 25% of the people that play at DoubleU Casino on Facebook are BLOCKED from collecting said free chips!
Doubleu they are taking advantage of a lot of people. i buy coins it takes them all there to tight and they know it. i have played them i go to hit a scatter it shows it there and it turns to make it miss every time. i say something they always have some kind of dum reply. they need to give back a lot of peoples money or make it up in coins. there nothing but people thats takes peoples money. something has got to be done they got a lot of glitches in there games they dont care
