I purchased a DoublePower 10.1 tablet in December 2013 in Mid 2014, the table stopped turning on. I tried contacting the
Support service number but one would answer. I would leave messages and no one would return the call. Finally in Decmber 2014, I mailed to tablet to their California address and requested them to repair the tablet. I never received any reponse from them. So I finally began emailing the technical support address and got not response. Finally in February I got an email asking for the tracking number of the tablet I mailed to them. I provided the tracking number and received an email that the tracking number was incorrect. I emailed tham back to advised them that the tracking number I submitted to them was a USPS document I attached to their email that showed the tracking number and the locations the package was routed directly to their address.It is now March 30th and I have not heard a word from these people. It appear they have lost my tablet and are just ignoring that I sent them anything. This company has a horrific consumer services policy. They are extremely unreliable and undependable. I will never purchase anything with their name or recommend them to anyone. Hopefully this complaint will help get some results.
