I contacted this company and they were prompt till they had my money. The provided me in writiing - no find no fee - Its been almost 3 months - no response, no call back - if you are lucky to get somebody on the phone - like earlier post - the lady or someone by name Robert - either Andrew - the person I dealt with - is out of office or vacationing in the Caribbean. I have no problem with him vacationing - but not at my expense.
This company is in business to serve court documents.Send court documents to this company in March to serve a person in Toronto. I paid all the fees to them for the service.They told me the person had moved. As per legal requirement they will file an affidavit and send the court documents back to me, so I can go back into to court and show that all eforst have been made to serve the person.
This company never sent the documents back and after several phone calls and promisses to get the affidavit and court documenyts back i decided to go ahead and file a legal action against them.
This company is in the legal business of serving court documents and do not do their job. They will take your money and that is the last you will hear from them. I never received the court documents back or an affidavit .
Do not deal with these people. Waist of money and you have to start your court proceeding all over again because they will never send your documents back.
Do not use under any circumstance. This operation is a borderline fraud. They do not return email or phone calls once you pay them. I had someone served in Toronto from across the country and only when I happened to be in Toronto on a business trip was I able to go to their office and retrieve the paperwork they told me was mailed weeks earlier. DO NOT USE THEM!

on a Government office on May 5,2014. Inside this large envelope was a
page with instructions and a smaller envelope with a money order for
their processing fee.
I have proof from Canada Post that they picked up the registered envelope
on May 16,2014 Shoppers Drug Mart Post Office located at 300 Borough Dr.
Scarborough On M1P 4P0.
Dominion Process servers then cashed my money order and sent
me an email saying that they don't know where my documents are.
If anybody need proof of their fraud message me and I'll show you copies of the Canada Post and Money Order,etc. and their emails.
They are a fraud don't use them.
They have 1 week from Today to respond or I'm calling the Toronto Police Fraud Unit, putting a lean on all of their assets ,freezing their bank accounts and suing for damages.
BTW: The paper I sent them involved a $5 million lawsuit.
I guess those will be added damages filed against Dominion Process Servers.
Hired Dominion Process Servers to serve divorce papers to my ex-husband. They promised to serve within 30 days. Very pleasant and helpful.
However, following 30 days, I learned from my ex that they did not serve the papers. After multiple attempts to contact them over 10+ days, I received no response- I thought they went bankrupt! Once I finally reached someone in their office, Andrew was his name, he confirmed that they did indeed fail to serve the papers and promised an immediate refund ...'will be done by the end of the week'.
It has been over a month and still no refund. I continue to contact them but once again, they are not answering the phone nor e-mail. I have reported them to Visa. Next up, small claims court I guess.
My impression is that this is a rip-off company that is unprofessional and disrespectful.
Their motto should be - take the customer's money and hide!!
