For the service they to help not be the clog in the wheel the front desk completely incompetent. When one needs help from this place Please not to go there. In Feb 2014 called 60 days out to see Doctor within 10 days of see Doctor it was cancelled. Then I waited the wife like to go there the said try again. 2 a clock appointment was seen at 250.
The 20 min was given follow up and treatment orders. Front desk cannot do it. They have to call. the person called I return the call ask for that person she said she was that person, to find out with in 4 Min's it was not the person I need. She said the two people with the same first name if the first person communication should of been clear of a number ext. to call (was give after I ask to talk to Mike when they stone wall this time I ask who is over Mike and the Doctor that is does not take calls so the next time she did leave the ext. number 120. Just more phone tag they do not call back till 5 Min's before the go home then when I call back do not get on the phone, again stonewalling. I do need treatment talk to the doctor at ext. 110 she was just HA HA HA
Response. NO PROFESSIONALISM. I did talk to my Doctor and He did bring up the 50 min wait time the said he had someone when he did not. The papers I given them the lost in 2 Min's flat. the person I gave them too would not tell the other person where she put them there High School children with 4th great education. I SAY CHANGE YOUR MIKE ON DOWN OR LOST THE MORE CUSTOMERS.
