The people of DRS, domestic relations, are highly criminal. They will purposely send a payor to the support system into debt with out batting an eye.
I have tried to work with these morons in civil manner and they constantly act in an erronious manner.
How do I know they cause debt. Well I was small businnes owner just starting out, at it for 4 weeks, when this agency charged me $1500 a month in support, as an owner operator, it was either pay them or pay to have the big rig fixed when needed. When a break down did happen I needed money and whoops had none.
Also because of this agencies criminal activities, I was unable to pay bills, credit cards, and so on. In this time I could no longer afford to fix the big rig, which in turn caused me lost wages.
in the end up to this point this agency put me $35k in debt, with no chance of them paying off their debt as of yet.
I recently just figured out there have been criminal actions involved in this by the agency of Domestic Relations Section of Lancaster Country PA. Criminal charges (not limited to) racketeering, money laundering, collusion, larceny, and mainly State terrorism.
if your one about to go through this court for support be warned of how this agency will over step its boundaries and will not do as they say. They will tell you if pay on the arrears, you will not have any issues. This is untrue. They will freeze your bank accounts, and cause overdrafts from bills that you pay, they will take your income tax return, even after stating if you pay on the arrears you will not have these issues. This is where the criminal accusations come into play.
I wouldnt do business with this agency, I wouldn't even do business with these criminals on a personal level. If you are doing business with the employees of this agency I would sever ties with them immediately.
