I made 15 to 20 phone calls and emails over a 1 month period to get support on questions regarding my account, costs, technical problems. Absolutely -NO- -ONE- -HELPED-. A single person called back once, left a message but when I called back I went into their BLACK HOLE of "No Support" customer service. People at this company are trained to NOT help, defer to other departments that will not pick up the phone or call back THAT - my friends - is the problem. They asolutely one of the WORST PEFORMING after sale Support on this planet Earth.
