I ordered a beautiful beylnce wig that was in a nice ombre color. When I received it the roots were black. After a few washes I noticed the roots faded to a soft brown.
Next thing I know, my Mercedes Benz leather head frame was ruined from this product and so was my living room leather chase chair. They used a rinse and did not tell me and this ruined my leather permanently.
Now everyte I wash it the black rinse color seeps onto my clothesand anything around the wig if it is still damp. Horrible product; felt plasticky like barbie doll hair. And to make things eveb worse they only effected me a $10 compensation for deceiptfilly ruining my expensive products. Horrible customer service! Do not buy their product and be deceived. Try any other wig brand.
I ordered a custom wig from divaswigs.com and everything seemed to be fine. That was until I got my wig and decided that I did not like and needed a return. I email them about returning the wig. I even sent them pictures to show that the wig was not worn. They never emailed me back and I have emailed them 3 times since then. It seems to me that this company has good customer service up until you decide that you do not like their product. In the end I sent the wig back to the address that was on the package but I still have not heard anything nor have I received a refund. At this point I don't know what to do because there is no telephone number and all that is listed on their website is an email address which they aren't answering.
My suggestion is simply go to RPG show to get a wig because this website is a major ripoff!!!!!
Unit came in ratty and horrible quality. After much pleading they told me i could return it. Once they received it they stopped responding to me and kept my money!
