Used to work for distribution solutions until 12/15/2014 & earlier back in November was volunteer to help in west Virginia on 11/15/2014 chase driver fell asleep behind wheel hit mountainside embankment causing several drivers injuries. I was one finally made back to san Antonio had reported back injuries. Company tried to sweep under carpet repaying medical bills and prescriptions until 12/15/14. Called back to work, told if still wanted paycheck had to continue working driving chase van delivering drivers to location and back. On 12/16/14 had doctor appointment given excuse not to return until was seen by pain management. H.R. comes out, well we cant pay since your a contracted driver n we have no workers compensation, so in return I hired lawyers and company doesnt respond. Refuses to assist or cooperate and was recently told due to severity of accident need back surgery and to file for disability. I have been confirmed 100 percent disabled by back surgeon and yet company refuses to assist or surrender any information to lawyers . Thats the truth about the following company. Also owns j3 oil n gas so I will let attorneys do there job who are going to charge 3 companies no im not privileged to announce.
