I am user of Distributel in Mississauga since September 2014, and it was agreed that Internet download speed will be 15 GB and Upload Speed will be 10GB. Now when I checked speed with my mobile, computer, Iphone, Ipad, Laptop, always speed is less than 8 GB and sometime lessthan 5 gb, and many times I even can not use skype to talk.
