custom seat ordered thru Ivas at Discount Van on Aug 12 2014. Many phone calls to reach Him and always the same answer, we are waiting for parts .I asked several times to be kept up to date and not once did they ever call,leave a message or email. when I did manage to talk with him he promised to let me know when it would ship as I had to drive 350 miles one way to pick up order. I am from canada so that was not his fault. He said they would not ship out to Canada , but said originally they sold a lot to Canadians. When I was notified that a shipment was already at their dock I had to scramble to get there. My Daughter picked up and brought the seats thru Customs properly. When opened, the box was a bit Ragged !

The seats had been put in a very light and thin box that had been rubbed thru on 3 corners of the bottom. The steel frame had rubbed thru the fabric ,the plastic bag and the cardboard box on 3 corners. There is what looks like glue on 6 places on the back of pass seat and 4 on drivers seat. It wont come off and is clear/white. The Material is brown. There were no handles supplied for the recline shaft of either seat. The seat back was shown as square on top corners and is still that way on web site, Monarch Low Back . This seat is quite tapered and rounded .The other box had the same type of damage on bottom plus a knife cut 3/4" long on the side of the seat base. This is the console. They used way too narrow of a piano hinge on the seat base and had broken all 4 alum rivits and was loose in box. The heads of the rivits were in the bottom of the base storage box when opened. They test opened it ? I dont know. The hinge was only 5/8" wide and I had to use 1-1/8" wide to be able to open lid with out poping heads or stretching the hinge. There was also 4 places where the glue looking stuff was on the seat/console. It was ordered with 3 sets of sliders so the console would also move back. Since there was a right and left seat I assumed there would be a right and left slide release handle. Two of the same sent. Nothing sent for the console .

It was ordered with an elec lumbar support system as I have a bad back and it doesnt work! Why didnt I just send it back ? I waited for so long that I needed the truck, I didnt think it would be that bad since they had been in business that long and because of my location it would cost a small fortune to return and that it had been paid for over 6 months ago. For just short of 2000.00 $ others need to be told to watch out . Maybe they were good once but now they operate like a money hungry low grade third world country.

I ordered a jumpseat for my van in late August. I called several times and talked to Ivas (first name). Each time I called he said he was not in the office and that the orders were running, 2, 3, or 5 weeks behind (each time I called, it got progressively longer). He stopped answering my calls so I emailed to their contact email address and got a reply from Ivas that my seat would be sent out next week. I followed that up when more than a week had gone by, but never got a reply. My first email was November 17th and there has never been a delivery. I contacted my credit card company and they contacted the owner and they are waiting for a response. Do not do business with this company and tell your family and friends not to do business with this company either!
