This company sold me a two user license to MS Office Professional 2013 back in October 2013. I had an employee download one copy. Two weeks ago I tried to download the second copy and found that the product key is invalid for two users. They never supplied a second key. Multiple attempt to reach them by phone and email have been ignored. Now I am going to have to go and buy another license! This was definitely a rip off! It's a shame as I dealt with them for years and they used to be a solid company. Not sure what happened but his is very disappointing.
Not Just Bad For 1 Copy - Key doesnt work for any now
I bought $3600 worth of Office 2013 from this company and none of the keys will activate period now. I had activated al but 2 copies one time. When I tried to activate one of my two remaining copies, it would not activate. All product keys from this company areare invalid for MS Office!
DIscount Mountain Software, aks Matt Lockwood is a known thief. He has been sued by both Microsoft and Adobe. What his company USED to do is take product keys off of old computers and resell them which is illegal. He also was using foreign product keys for Office 2013 and other products, also illegal. As of Dec 2014 he no longer answers emails or phone calls, because he has been shut down. Technical difficulties is the very least of his problem that his website states. I called a company he USED to be affiliated with, and they want nothing to do with him or his shady reputation. His product keys do not work anymore, and you can't get your money back. If you're lucky your credit card company will protect you. Let's hope Matt Lockwood is sitting in jail somewhere.
We purchased from this company multiple times over the course of a few years with no issues. Recently we noticed that all of the items on the site were out of stock and unable to purchase. We then realized a couple of the keys purchased recently to use were coming back as invalid keys. All of the keys that we purchased recently are now unusable. We are seeking a refund through the credit card companies due to the fraud.
