These people have made monkeys out of their customers, California Law / Regulatory Professionals, even Professionals on a Federal basis.
They have stolen from and ripped-off folks on a non-discriminatory basis - that is, they have ripped-off EVERY TYPE of individuals, regardless of race, sex, national origin, age, status(s) such as children, widows, widowers, mothers and fathers, etc. As (sometimes) it ""takes a village"", the victims and law enforcement need to work together at every opportunity, so that we can get these crooks behind bars as soon as possible. Even if not for us, maybe they won't have enough time to cheat children, the elderly, the disabled - you get the idea. So,
x - can anyone produces a picture or pictures of these crooks?
x - does anybody have a clue where these guys might have run off to?
x - are there any potential legacies for these creeps, such as deposit refunds, collection efforts, unemptied bank accounts...? I can just see these guys being unable to resist even a small pile of cash. They could be apprehended trying to get that last bit of cheese.
x - could someone set up a ""reward center"", such that the victims could add reward money as time goes by? The account would have to be transparent in its dealings and I would be one of the first to contribute.
x - would a victim have a relative in any of the future-discovered places where these chicken-sh_t_ have fled to? If so, it might become very cost-effective to go there & try to get them arrested / extradited.
There have got to be many other activities / ideas that could be put forth for all victims to consider. If we don't keep the pressure up, we don't have anyone to blame, but ourselves.
In June of 2013, we decided to add some gold coins to our investments. In research over the internet, I found Discount Gold Brokers, Inc. and had seen their advertisement previously. I phoned and talked with a salesman named Seth and placed an order for gold amounting to approxiomately $19,500. After sending the funds, I checked back with shipping after a couple of weeks, and had my first concerns about my purchase.
An individual by the name of Mike Berman phoned me every week or two to say they had been delayed in procuring my coins and promising that my order would be shipped soon. In my web search, I found that this was in fact happening to several other folks. Eventually, I found where the state of California had issued a legal restraint against this business which prohibits them from selling to California residence.
Interesting that they would allow them to continue robbing other non residence individuals. So, after nine months, the calls have stopped and phone numbers are no longer valid. Letters were sent, but no responce has come. I have begun legal action through local police here in Alabama and a couple of organizations, Consumer Compliant and the FBI on the internet. It seems we have been Ripped Off and no justice is out there. That is really scarry.
