My husband passed away Feb.9th, 2014 and left money on his Social Security debit card. I provided this company Direct Express all pertinent documentation (death certificate, etc) so they could release the unpaid balance to me. I have written numerous letters, tried calling...I get no one when I dial their phone number and have never received a call back from their office 512-249-3520. It is now May 29th, 2014 and I still have not received the $370+ that is owed to me. It is bad and sad enough I lost my husband I have to waste my time trying to collect money that I am legally entitled to. What a way to do business. I am on a fixed income and a senior citizen and could use those funds. I need some help in this matter, please
