Direct Express has stole most of my money from Social Security. And perform fraudulent transactions adding up to $600 and more than that over months time. The stole the money after I used the card to purchase items from the stores that I shop at like Target and Kmarts. After I used the Direct Express card in Decemeber for my small purchases . They cancelled my card while I was trying to do a transaction at family dollar. And I kept calling and asking what to all my money that was on the card . They said somebody used my card at walgreens in Detroit and I don't shop in Detroit . They gave me the store location 4501# . I called and spoke to the manager and he looked up the transactions and said it was fraud the someone committed.They had made a duplicate card and I believe it's somebody that works for Direct Express. Because everytime you talk to them they get an attitude.Problem has not been solve because they are not trying to solve the problem. They stole my money so that means they have been stealing my money all along.
