Lied about my UNOPENED return & won't refund?
I returned 2 bottles once I learned I had a medication reaction to 3 of final trims ingredients, checked by a pharmacist by the label. I had a hard time even getting a RMA# but when I got it, I returned 2 UNOPENED AND SEALED BOTTLES. so today I checked the USPS conf # and see they got it and I haven't gotten a refund of 79.90? I called and now they claim.... both had been opened. LIARS. I asked for proof. and got hung up on. called back and they cant find me in their system? LIARS! Thief's! What can I do?
I called to cancle my "free trial" of this product. I had used it for 5 days and gained 9 bls. At first I was told (by Elenor) that was impossible and I must be making it up becuase it is just so unbelievable. The woman was rude with me when I informed that I was not going to pay the return shipping for a product that didn't work. She told me I would then be charged the full price. I asked to speak with her manager and she told me "No." Shortly after that, she transferred me to her manager.
This man (Cory?) was even more rude than the lady before. I explained that I would be reporting them to the BBB and he laughed and asked if I even knew what that was. Told me that all they had to do was pay a little bit of money to get the report taken off the BBB's website. And that it would do me no good. Told me my only two options were paying for it or paying for the return shipping. He then told me that I only had to send the unopened bottle, not both. Which has me wondering again, is he even a manager?
People like this need to be service people, not rude, only making money any way they can. How can this be ok? I tried their product, was willing to pay the $7.95 to get it, but why, when it doesn't work, do I have to pay to send it back also? Makes no sense to me. What can be done?
I will admit I got pretty fed up with them and was rude also, but this is complete and utter scamming. I will now have to pay for return shipping of a product that doesn't work. So in total, I have just thrown away $13.95 of my hard earned money. Well I guess I bought those 9 extra pounds I was trying to loose. :)
Do not ever get involved with this company! They only care about the dollar and not about their products or the way they treat people.
