Diamond Cut Lawn, Landscaping and Snow Removal Reviews
Jun 25, 2015
On May 5, 2015, I made a weekly lawn care contract with Justin Schenian who introduced himself as the owner of the above-mentioned company. I paid him $150 for the first lawn services, then, he conned me into paying him $250 as the upfront payment and $71 per month. I paid him in cash because he said he didn't take check or credit card. After getting the upfront money and the first monthly payment, he disappeared for two weeks in a row. I noticed that his contract paper did not include any information on how to locate him! No phone, no address! I found him through his Facebook page! After two weeks, I called their company several times and asked his co-workers to put him on the phone but he refused to talk to me. I clearly described my situation to his co-workers but they kept making fun of me, reapeting my words to other people on the other side of the phone. Later on, a man introduced himself as John called me at 9:30 PM and asked for my address! He said he was Justing Schenians' business partner! I could not trust him and didn't give him any information about my libving place. Surprisingly, the day after his call, Justing Schenian was on my property without any prior notice and any explanation! I asked him to get off my property. In the afternoon one of his co-workers called me. He was trying to talk Schenian into continuing his job for me and I was hearing their conversation. I asked Justin to work for me for another 3 weeks, and then as long as I could not trust him any more I requested him to pay the rest of my upfront money. We scheduled a service on the same day at 4:00PM and he agreed to come over, but he didn't show up gain and never heard anything else from him. I was trying to sue his company but I had to pay $350 to file a complaint at the Civil Court!
