The power supply had intermittent issues after about 2 months.
Microcenter refused to warranty on 01-03-15 – they told me to contact the manufacture as their warranty was only 30 days. Manufacture warranty was list as 1 yr.
Contacting diablotek has been impossible.
Day 1
On 01-05-15 I called them at the phone number on their web site http://www.diablotek.com/dtksupport/index.php
626-771-3230
After over 20 min I got a recorded message
Then was told by recording someone would call me back, and it sounded like it was switching so I could leave a voice message. But I got hung up on, it didn’t work and all I got was an annoying beeping sound like you get when someone hangs up.
I filled out a new ticket. It looked like it accepted it, but I never got an email from them.
Day Two
I check my email. Nothing from diabltek, I tried to call the phone number again. It timed out again and I was asked to leave a voice message. I could this time.
I could not check my ticket online. I tried to create an account. It required a confirmation via email. They never sent the email to confirm. I couldn’t log into check tickets.
A second trouble ticket was made.

“Alan Leiman,

They will contact you “if necessary”?
Still no emails or contact from diablotek after this.
