We had them drain the pool to sandblast the tiles which they did fine ,They cleaned the walls with muratic acid which worked well but they started to refill the pool without cleaning the lowest part of the pool first which left dark stains that are not removable unless you drain the pool again.I filed a complaint with the BBB and they did nothing about it.They made me buy a underwater camera to prove to them that there was stains which i did and still no results with the BBB.They are a bunch of BS.for the consumers.
