I want to warn anyone thinking of using Dersert City Realty of Las Vegas or Joe Radosta to stay as far away from this compoany as you can.
I interviewed this guy to selkl my home and it is slick and knows all the right things to say but is out for himself not his clients.
We spoke of him selling my house and we would be using normal terms for selling any house. That included a 6 month listing with a 90 day ending of his right to any fees. We spoke about what if I sell the house or other things that can happen in a sale of your home. We agreed on all terms and he sent me a contract.
That is where is all went south he changed the terms to a one year listing for a guiy who siad he could sell the house in 3 months really then he added 6 months after the first year he will still get money even if I sell the house 1.5 years later what a low life.
Then he came to me and said lets put a huge banner up in you back yard with a heavy traveled street. I said my HOA would not let me put the sign up and he said who cares they will have to get a leter out to you then you have weeks to take it down. So totally aganist all rules he wanted me to do it anyway but he siad I have to be careful of the Real Estate Board they can't knwo I am doing this in violation of the law oir he could get in trouble.
Nex the told how his whole world would be selling this house and I would have his complete attaention. He was to work on a list of my home features and get photos taken of the house.
When I asked for a list of the features 7 days later he said they were on another computer and he would hav eot send it to me in the am. The next day 2:30 pm I still had not list so I emailed him and he sent back a 4 line list for a totally custom 1.8 million house??? really he nevewr even worked on it.
Next I got my house cleaned and told him to get the photo taken later that week on Friday that;s 5 days notice, he say to me well I can't do it them it's Halloween and I hav eot go out and get some free 5 cent candy.
So I called him and said cancel the sale the contract was still 7 days from coming into effect he had done NOTHNIG at this point.
So he emails me back telling me I can't chance the listing becuase he told his wifes parents he could see them for Thanksgiving, and his told my parents I couldn't se them for Christmas, really that is all his is worried about his family not my house.
I think I was just a way of getting out of seeing his parents and other family who he said did not like him anyway.
So I gave the listing to another agent who could sell the house and when that agent contacted Joe he would not release my house so I could sell it.
Now remember he already changed my contract and terms the contrac t still wasn't in effect for 7 days and now even though he did not do a thing he will not release the house the new agent told me they offered him a 25% fee and he turned that down becuse he wanted to now screw me badly.
So now I can't sell my house and have to spend money to get my selling rights back when his contract never went into effect anyway.
This is the worst company yo will ever come across he will lie about everything and you can't trust him, his word is worthless,if you know anyone trying to use them call them now and stop the before he screws them too
