I just do not know where to start and all I can say is my case was very complex. I came with implants and denture that attaches to my bar. The bottoms had also mini implant as well and three implants in the front and one in the back.
After the bar was removed and they did the cap for me and the cap was great and no a problem. They had a very hard time with the bar to remove it and finally, I went to another dentist and they remove it. They want me to see Oral Surgeron and it was not necessary for that procedure. They just did not have the right equipment to do my case or I also feel the knowledge to do it well.
In the course of my treatment and I had to go for fitting for the denture part and they had a very hard time getting the abutments to take. Remain you techs are doing this, not the dentist. I was not pleased. In the state of NC and this would never be.
Once I received the denture and they were not fitting properly and so much more work had to be done. In the meantime, the clasp broken and they refused to fix it. They would and that meant I had to walk around with no teeth. They have some nerve. I had kitten attack and I was pissed off. At first, they want me to pay for this temporary and I said no. I was pissed and I told them I cannot go to work and looking like this. What kind of place is this and besides you can make me denture like that. Yes, they did make me one and no charge.
In the meantime, that temporary denture and two teeth has fallen out and back up to Georgetown, trust me it was mess. I finally recieve my denture and they did the up take. Grant I have five abutment and they used only three uptakes. I am not happy camper it is not stronger enough and the quality of my denture is very poorly made. The teeth look good, but not when they keep falling out. I am not happy camper and very upset over the whole situation.
They just want to get you out and treat you like you were not a person. Many complaints and trust me be very careful. They do good cap work. Now the lighting storms has hit and another tooth fell out. I am so mad.

Now the bottom part, after the mini implant was removed and I should have had bone graft and another implant with the assessment. They do not know how to use the implant that in the back and sort of on angle. Again, I just do not think they have the knowlege and they really need to hire specialist that over see that whole area.
In the meantime, I need a bone graft, another implant and another denture made. All I can say, this has been a nightmare. I would not want anyone to experience what I have experience.
