By sunday june 14th, after about a thousand different excuses, we were told by the local denton police department that the trailer was parked on this property and since we had the receipt that we had paid for the trailer we could legally go onto the property and get the trailer. My "accomplice in crime" and i did this with the police' encouragment. We then drove it across the street to ask the manager of the auto zone there to make certain it was hooked up correctly. The so called "new trailer" already had one tail light out which had to be replaced. The other taillight has since had to ng e replaced as well. However, we at least had the trailer. It was obvious that brian had at least started to get the tags because the paper tag was on the trailer, however with one good rain The day it was driven off the lot) this paper was useless.
Now, sunday june 28th after many attempts, empty promises and lies we still have a trailer with no tax, title or license. It is amazing to me how anyone can stay in business with this type of service. After a few days of the "games" i did a search on google to find out more about this fruitcake. What i found was that this isn't the first time he had scammed someone. Several years earlier he had scammed several people out of 30,000.00 and was convicted. . Brian doesn't go into any business deal with the idea that he will scam them. He is just a flake... Takes on too much and then cannot keep up. The lies and excuses will continue as long as he can get by with it. Very sad that anyone has to live their life with lies and excuses. My goal with this report is to 1) make sure people know about his unscrupulous business practises and 2) remind people of the importance of researching a company or individual before you do business with them. If i had just done one simple search i would never have bought from brian. Ivanchan or denton trailer company in the first place.
