After entering and telling salesman what I wanted, was then directed to other vehicles on the lot that were not what I wanted in an effort to talk me into something else because they were "willing to deal". Finally they located what I wanted at another dealership. Had me do all paperwork and pay deposit before they would tell me where the other vehicle was or agree to go get it.
After a few days, they called me to come get the vehicle. The interior colors were wrong, multiple areas of scratched paint, vehicle was dirty, and two stains on leather inside, and over 200 miles on it already. Told me I was stuck with it since I had already done all paperwork and paid money previously.
Drove it and found mechanical issues. Returned it next day and was treated poorly by service department. Requested to give vehicle back and was yeleld at in lobby by the salesman. Out my money and they still have the vehicle. No resolution in sight.
