To start, I got this 2009 used Town & Country Chrysler, with no warranty offered. I had to purchase my own warranty.
At the time I didn't want this vehicle and I was in the position of paying for the vehicle full price, cash on hands. The sales person rather get me financed with the worst financial institution, looking for his pocket instead of taking care of the customers. I was told this wasn't the first time he had done this.
Sales Manager Edwin Perez, who is no longer employed with this company due to all the complaints he had received of bad customer service. Gave me the vehicle dirty, hardly
No gas, very unprofessional using profanity and didn't even have the courtesy to follow up with me after he sold me the van. In other words see ya, got your money. To all of this
I had given a large down payment of $5000 down and still got a high interest with the worst financial institution of Skopos. Another ripoff of a company. This company have given me the run around, making false promises that they can't keep. I spoke to so many deferent sales people, management and still no resolution. I spoke to the manager
Steve Mccoy in the month of September and he advised me to pay the 6 months in order
To be able to get out of this deal and that he was going to work out a deal for me to compensate everything that was done wrong by them to begin with. I took his word and told him I will be calling in December. Called in December and completely forgot about
What we had spoken about. Talk about bad customer service? Waited for the new year
And personally made my appearance, remembered me when he saw me and we had
Agreed for them to pay off the current loan and make a new loan with the down payment
I had originally made on the Chrysler and get me into another vehicle with a lower interest rate and monthly payment. Sat me for 2 hours to re-run both of my husband's and my credit
To tell me to come back to see if they could do something? And they gave me the foot in my behind out the door with a big IF??? Now I want to know what I could do in this situation? I called corporate and gave a complaint and still no resolution. I don't want to be stuck with a used vehicle, high interest and sold to me over the book value. Please if
There's someone that could give me a call and help me I would greatly appreciate it.
