Why I Will Never Allow On My Job Sites, In My Rentals Or Customs Residence Products From The Group: Brizo, Delta, Peerless Faucets Or Masco Bath Corporation.

Rather than replace, to me what seemed like an obvious defect supposedly guaranteed by Brizo Alternate Business Names of Delta-Peerless /Masco, they chose to send me out a partial piece that did not address the multiple problems.

Additionally this part, a nylon degenerated valve body, was NEVER touched by my installer. It was pre-assembled and could not have been altered or damaged by installation as they claimed . The installer was a licensed plumber I‘ve used for over 20 years without one complaint. Yet they claimed it was “faulty installation” and refused to honor their guarantee in a way that I believe would have been honest and kept my respect for these companies.

I called and spoke with several customer service reps and receive the same lock stepping nonsense, non-support.

I now understand why 26 complaints were filed at the Better Business Bureau.

Think twice before using Delta, Brizo, Peerless or Masco parts.

Bill,Hopefully by now you have resolved the peorlbm with the leak at your bathroom faucet. But if it helps, allow me to offer some advice on how to tackle this peorlbm.First thing is we need to get the water turned off to the faucet so that you can make the necessary repair to the faucet. Because the valves under the sink apparently are no longer shutting off completely, you will need to turn the water off at the house. This can be done either at the main water line coming into the house, or if you do not have a shut of valve where it comes into the house, you will need to shut the water off at the water meter, (assuming you are not on a well). Be advised however that most water agencies restrict a customer from using any tools on the meter or anything located on the street side of the meter. Check with your water company before hand, to inquire about their policies regarding this matter.Once the water is off to the house, turn on an outside hose bib to drain the water out from the house. Follow the instructions on the video to complete the repair, then turn the water back on slowly to the house remebering to turn off the hose bib that was turned on when we drained the water from the house. Regarding parts for the faucet, most plumbing stores sell a kit that contains everything you will need in one package. these kits are usualy universal for many different delta products which means there will be additional parts which are needed for some faucets that will not be needed for others such as O rings that make the seals on kitchen faucet spouts. (lavatory faucets do not use these O Rings.I hope the information is helpfull and remember if you ever need more immediate assistance give us a call at 1-800 25PLUMBER.Thanks,Wes LivingstonService Manager

We purchased a Delta Ashton Touch 2O faucet from Lowes. It worked great for about six months. After that we had to use it mostly as a regular faucet. Sometimes it workedt by touch, but mostly not. It was hit or miss -- mostly miss.

Lowes told me to contact Delta. Each call to Delta had prety much the same response -- change the battery. I told Customer Service that the indicator light showed the battery to be good, but they said "change the battery". So I changed the battery, but still no fix.

They told me they don't send anyone out to fix the problems, and that I should call another plumber. After $340 for the faucet and about $150 for a plumber, who can afford to drop more money on a dog of a product?

Can't decide if the faucet or customer service sucks the worst.
