This company says they will delete icloud within 3-12 working days! it has been almost 25 days and nothing! They have not even responded to my text messages...after investigating further i find out they changed their email address to [email protected].... beware of these con artists, i am also putting in a report at paypal.
del-icloud.com is definitely a scam site, I sent them payment back on February 4, 2015 along with serial # they requested of an ipad wifi only and waited the 3 to 12 business that they claimed they would unlock it and send instructions by email.
When the 12th day went by and I got no emails from them, I would email them to ask if it was done and they would give me the go around saying to have more patience that they had a lot of clients (of course cause they were busy ripping them off too)...
When the 20th day came I emailed them 2 more times again and got no response, that's when I got suspicious and went to their website del-icloud.com and found that they had changed their email address from [email protected] to [email protected] without notifying me (and I'm sure none of their other clients which had already paid and hadn't received nothing yet), that's when I contacted Paypal and issued a claim for a refund, couple of days later they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was an "intangible virtual item" and wasn't covered by their policy (they could of told me that when I contacted them and not have me wait a couple of days, thanks for nothing Paypal) .. guess they don't care about their services being used in a scam operation.
Please beware of sites containing bad grammar and asking to send payments upfront (such as del-icloud.com) ... I should have known better but am glad to see I'm not the only one that got ripped off by these cyber thieves ...
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, EVEN IF YOU DOING IT WITH PAYPAL, PAYPAL CAN NOT CLOSE THE CASE IN YOUR FAVOR BECAUSE IT IS SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM PEOPLE, THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY, DO NOT BE A VICTIM. !!!! IT IS A WASTE OF TIME....
http://del-icloud.com is a scam they are using paypal and they are not unlocking anything. I sent payment like 30 days ago they claim to have someone that works for apple working at there company. The website says 3-12 days but it also says 1 -5 days to unlock. Both lies. They are frauds. I have receipt from paypal and an escalated claim. Now they don't answer emails. Don't waste your money.
