I was leased a home from Deborah Goldman September 2013, I moved from Ohio to North Carolina to love my dream on the property she had for lease. My dream was to raise my children in the Carolinas on a farm.
She had such property listed on craigslist. We signed the lease September 10th, and it took me and my family till October 1st to move into the home, we moved from Ohio.
We lived without a furnace to heart the downstairs of the home , where the kids rooms were, from the time we lived there until finally February 11th, the home also had a cook top stove which was not in working order when I saw the home prior to signing lease, Mrs. Goldman had service ppl come look at it but never had it fixed or replaced. I just moved out May 1st. Never had a stove.
I was also informed that the Goldman's have a reverse mortgage on the residence I was leased, so they illegally leased the property to my family and I. Mrs. Goldman asked me to lie the insurance ppl, in order to hide the fact that she was renting the home, also asked me to hide my horses in the barn, so the insurance company wouldn't know they were on the property.
I did stop paying them rent in February because I paid $1800 a month to lease a home I was illegally residing in. So I was forced to vacate the premises.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEBORAH GOLDMAN..OR THE OTHER NAMES SHE GOES BY. I HAVE A LITIGATION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM RIGHT NOW IN EXCESS OF $10,000. They are scam artist!!!!!!!!
